Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GET THINGS PRINTED for your custom-printed products. We are dedicated to providing high-quality items tailored to your specifications. Please review this policy carefully, as it explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


1. Returns Eligibility

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a verifiable error on our part, including:

  • Incorrect color printing

  • Incorrect artwork used

  • Defective or damaged products due to a manufacturing error

Note: Variations in print placement within standard industry tolerances do not qualify as defects (see Section 7).


2. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


3. Reporting Issues

If you receive a product with an issue that you believe qualifies for a return or replacement, contact our customer service team at doit@getthingsprinted.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To expedite review, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue laid flat on a table (with a measuring tape if related to placement)


4. Exchange or Replacement

If we confirm that a mistake occurred on our end, we will gladly exchange the item or reprint it. We may request return of the original item before issuing a replacement.


5. Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued in these circumstances:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to production or technical issues on our end.

  • You received a defective or damaged product and prefer a refund instead of a replacement.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 48 hours of approval.


6. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Products without manufacturing defects or errors.

  • Products containing errors in customer-provided artwork, details, or specifications.

  • Products where print placement is within standard tolerances (see Section 7).


7. Print Placement Tolerances

All garments are hand-placed on equipment and printed or pressed by hand. Minor variations in alignment and rotation are normal and considered acceptable within industry standards. Our standard placement tolerances are:

  • DTF & Heat Press: ±0.375 inch in any direction, up to 1.5° of rotation.

  • Screen Printing: ±0.5 inch in any direction, up to 2° of rotation.

Any print falling within these tolerances is considered in spec and does not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.


8. Order Review Responsibility

Before placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to:

  • Thoroughly review and approve all design proofs and specifications.

  • Confirm all order details are correct.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork or incorrect information provided during the ordering process.
