Thank you for choosing GET THINGS PRINTED for your custom-printed products. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality items tailored to your specifications. Please take a moment to carefully review our return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-printed products unless there is an error on our part, such as:

  • Wrong color printing
  • Incorrect artwork used
  • Defective or damaged products due to a manufacturing error

2. Order Cancellation:

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We urge you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Reporting Issues:

If you receive a product with a mistake or defect, please contact our customer service team at doit@getthingsprinted.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear images showcasing the issue to expedite the resolution process.

4. Exchange or Replacement:

If the mistake is on our end, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct one. Please note that we may request the return of the incorrect item before processing the replacement.

5. Refund Process:

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical or production issues on our end.
  • If you received a defective or damaged product and do not wish to receive a replacement.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 48 hours.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Products without manufacturing defects or mistakes on our part.
  • Products with customer-provided artwork containing errors.

7. Order Review:

Before placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all design proofs, specifications, and other details related to the custom product. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork or incorrect details provided during the ordering process.
