Printing images with fine details can be challenging, especially when it comes to printing small details using Direct To Film (DTF) printing technique. In order to ensure that the smallest details in your image are printed accurately, it is recommended to make sure that they are at least as thick as the minimum print tolerance. It is worth noting that printing areas that are smaller than 1 point or 0.014" may not print at all. Additionally, non-printing gaps that are smaller than 2 points or 0.028" may fill in, which may affect the overall quality of your print.

Another important factor to consider is to save your artwork at the exact size you want it to print. For instance, if you select an 11" x 11" sheet but upload an image that is 10" x 10", your image will be printed at the 10" x 10" size you uploaded.
