- Digitizing: $15 up to 10,000 stitches; FREE on 144+ units of 1 design
- Puff Embroidery: +$0.65 per color
- Name Personalization: $7.75 each
- Artwork: final size, 300 dpi; vector preferred (we don’t edit/check quality)
- Damage Allowance: 2% per order
- Handling: Jackets/bulky +$1.00; hats/sleeves/legs +$0.70; luxury brands +$1.65; polybag+fold+label +$1.00; unpack individual bags +$0.35
- Turnaround: Standard 7–10 business days (12pm EST cutoff). Rush by request.
