Welcome to Get Things Printed (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We specialize in custom-printed and personalized products—each made to order. Because these items are unique to every customer, they cannot be re-sold or restocked once produced. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping and return terms.

1. Processing & Dispatch Time
• All orders are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days after full payment and artwork approval (if applicable).
• “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
• Production begins once your order and any required artwork or customization details are confirmed.
• TikTok Shop customers: per TikTok’s seller policy, we update tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders are dispatched within the allowed timeframe and marked as “fulfilled” in TikTok Shop to stay compliant.
• If an unexpected delay occurs (for example, a stock issue or shipping carrier delay), we will notify you promptly with updated timelines.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size and destination.
• Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
• International Orders: Varies by destination
• Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the carrier picks up the package from our facility.

3. Custom & Personalized Goods Policy
• Every item is custom-made to order. Once printing begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.
• Please confirm all details—spelling, colors, placement, and design proofs—before approving your order.
• If an error is made on our part (wrong item, incorrect print, or defective product), we will make it right by replacing or refunding the affected item at no cost to you.
• We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom-made products unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Damages
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Depending on the situation, we will:
1. Replace the item, or
2. Issue a refund, or
3. Provide store credit.
• Returns for non-defective, custom-printed items will not be accepted.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will assist with carrier claims and replace or refund once verified.

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offers
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.
• Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These apply only to qualifying orders and cannot be combined with other offers.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance or postal disruptions.

6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations are not possible due to the customized nature of our products.
• If incorrect shipping information is provided and the order is returned, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

7. TikTok Shop Compliance
• Orders placed via TikTok Shop will be dispatched and tracked in compliance with TikTok’s Fulfillment Policy (typically within 2 business days of order for standard listings).
• Custom-made items clearly state “Made to Order” in the listing and may include a slightly longer handling time.
• Because these items are produced specifically for the buyer, they are not eligible for return or resale, in line with TikTok’s guidelines for customized goods.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
• Inspect your package upon delivery.
• If visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
• If your order shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first, then notify us so we can assist.
