Transfer Size (Important)

Your artwork prints exactly at the size you upload.

Example:
If you select an 11" × 11" option but upload a 10" × 10" file,
➡️ the print will be 10" × 10".

We do not resize, stretch, or adjust artwork.
Upload your file at the final print size you want.

Artwork Requirements (Quick Checklist)

For best results, upload:

• PNG file

• Transparent background

• 300 DPI

• Saved at exact print size

• Do not mirror your artwork, we handle that

Minimum Detail Guidelines

• Thinnest printable detail: 1pt (0.014")

• Minimum gap between shapes: 2pt (0.028")

Extremely thin details may not print cleanly or may fill in.

Pressing Instructions (2025)

Before You Press

• Heat press: 290°F

• If using a thin silicone mat, increase temperature +15–20°F (max 335°F)

• Pre-press garment 3–5 seconds to remove moisture

• Place transfer ink side down / film side up

First Press

• 290°F, medium–firm pressure

• Cover with parchment or Teflon

• Press 12 seconds

• Hot peel immediately, smooth and low

If an edge lifts, re-press 3–5 seconds.

Second Press (Recommended)

Improves durability, softness, and wash life.

• Same temperature

• Cover with parchment, thin silicone mat, or old t-shirt

• Press 5 seconds

Wash & Care

• Wait 24 hours before washing

• Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle

• Hang dry or tumble low

• Do not iron directly on the print

Troubleshooting

• Edges lifting: re-press 3–5 seconds

• Shiny finish: cover with parchment or shirt on second press

• Not bonding: increase temperature +15–20°F if using silicone mat
