Important: Transfer Size

Your artwork prints at the actual size of the file you upload.

For example, if you select an 11" × 11" option but upload artwork sized at 10" × 10", your finished transfer will print at 10" × 10".

We do not resize, stretch, or adjust artwork. Please upload your file at the final print size you want.

Artwork Requirements

For best results, upload artwork that is:

• PNG format
• Transparent background
• 300 DPI recommended
• Saved at the exact final print size
• Not mirrored. We handle mirroring for production.

Minimum Detail Guidelines

• Thinnest printable detail: 1 pt / 0.014"
• Minimum gap between shapes: 2 pt / 0.028"

Extremely thin details may not print cleanly or may fill in during production. If your artwork has very fine lines, small distressing, tiny text, or thin gaps, it may need to be adjusted before printing.

Pressing Instructions

Before You Press

• Set heat press to 290°F.
• If using a thin silicone mat, increase temperature by 15–20°F. Do not exceed 335°F.
• Pre-press garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture.
• Place transfer ink side down / film side up.

First Press

• Press at 290°F for 12 seconds.
• Use medium to firm pressure.
• Cover with parchment or Teflon.
• Hot peel immediately using a smooth, low motion.

If an edge lifts, place the film back down and re-press for 3–5 seconds.

Second Press Recommended

A second press helps improve softness, durability, and wash life.

• Use the same temperature.
• Cover with parchment, a thin silicone mat, or an old t-shirt.
• Press for 5 seconds.

Wash & Care

• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside-out.
• Use cold water and gentle cycle.
• Hang dry or tumble dry low.
• Do not iron directly on the print.

Troubleshooting

• Edges lifting: Re-press for 3–5 seconds.
• Shiny finish: Use parchment or a shirt for the second press.
• Not bonding: Increase temperature by 15–20°F if using a silicone mat.
