What if I don’t see the product I want?

Our catalog is always growing. If you don’t see what you need, email doit@getthingsprinted.com with details.
We can source and customize nearly any product, including:

  • Drinkware

  • Direct mail items

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Yes. We offer special pricing for distributors and wholesale orders.
With over 40 years of combined experience, we can source, print, and ship directly to your business or event location.

What is Decorator On Demand (DOD)?

Decorator On Demand is our contract printing service for distributors and businesses supplying their own products.

  • No minimum order quantity

  • DTF and embroidery only (currently)

  • Fast turnaround

  • Drop shipping available

Send us your products, upload your purchase order and artwork via our DOD portal, and we’ll handle the rest.

What is Print on Demand (POD)?

Print on Demand is ideal for selling custom products without holding inventory. We print after an order is placed, so you can offer unlimited designs without risk.
Perfect for:

  • Fundraising stores

  • Limited-run apparel

  • Event merchandise

  • Testing new designs

What is DTF (Direct to Film) Printing?

DTF transfers vibrant, full-color designs directly onto fabric.
Benefits:

  • Works on cotton, polyester, blends, and more

  • Photorealistic color with no cracking or fading

  • Soft feel and excellent stretch

  • Suitable for single items and bulk orders

What is Embroidery?

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric with premium thread.
Advantages:

  • Professional, long-lasting finish

  • Ideal for logos, monograms, and text

  • Works on hats, polos, jackets, bags, and uniforms

  • One-time $15 setup fee for new logos

Can I send my own products for printing?

Yes. Through our Decorator On Demand service, we accept customer-supplied items for:

  • DTF transfers

  • Embroidery

  • UV flatbed digital printing

What are your artwork requirements?

To ensure smooth production and avoid delays:

  • All files must be print-ready (correct size, colors, resolution).

  • Full-color files print exactly as submitted.

  • No edits unless requested.

  • Vector format preferred (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG with transparent background.

  • Additional charges may apply for adjustments.

What are the placement tolerances?

All products are hand-placed. Minor variations are normal within industry standards.

  • DTF & Heat Press: ±0.375" in any direction, up to 1.5° rotation

  • Embroidery: ±0.375" in any direction; slight garment shifting is normal due to hoop tension
