Transfer Size Options

Single-Image Transfers

Single-image options represent the maximum available print area.

• Up to 2" × 2"
• Up to 5" × 5"
• Up to 8" × 8"
• Up to 12" × 12"
• Up to 12" × 16"

Your artwork will be printed proportionally within the selected area.

For example, when you choose Up to 12" × 12":

• A square design can print up to 12" × 12"
• A tall design may print at 8" × 12"
• A wide design may print at 12" × 7"
• Artwork submitted at 10" × 10" may print at 10" × 10"

We preserve the proportions of your artwork. We do not stretch or distort it to fill the entire selected space.

Gang Sheets

Gang sheets allow you to arrange multiple images, logos, names, or repeated designs on one sheet.

Available sizes:

• 16" × 24" Gang Sheet
• 16" × 36" Gang Sheet
• 16" × 48" Gang Sheet
• 16" × 60" Gang Sheet

Use the online designer to place and arrange your artwork inside the selected sheet size. Leave enough space between each design for trimming.

Important Size Information

The selected option is the maximum bounding area, not a guaranteed finished artwork size.

Your design may print smaller than the selected area depending on:

• The proportions of your artwork
• The size of the uploaded file
• The layout created in the designer
• Space left around designs on a gang sheet

For the most accurate results, upload artwork at the final size you want printed.

Artwork Requirements

For best results, upload artwork that is:

• PNG format preferred
• Transparent background
• 300 DPI recommended
• Saved at the desired final print size
• Not mirrored

We handle mirroring during production.

Minimum Detail Guidelines

• Minimum printable detail: approximately 1 pt or 0.014"
• Minimum gap between shapes: approximately 2 pt or 0.028"

Very small text, fine lines, tiny distressing, and narrow gaps may not print cleanly. Artwork preparation or redesign services may require an additional charge.

Review Before Ordering

Please review the following before completing your purchase:

• Spelling
• Artwork quality
• Background transparency
• Design dimensions
• Orientation
• Gang-sheet layout
• Quantity and selected transfer size

We print the artwork and layout submitted through the customizer. We may contact you when there is an obvious production issue, but artwork is not automatically redesigned, cleaned up, or rearranged.

Pressing Instructions

Before Pressing

• Set the heat press to 290°F
• Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds
• Position the transfer ink-side down and film-side up
• Use medium-to-firm pressure

When using a thin silicone mat, additional heat may be required. Increase temperature gradually by 15–20°F as needed. Do not exceed 335°F.

First Press

• Press at 290°F for 12 seconds
• Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet
• Hot peel immediately using a smooth, low motion

When an edge lifts, lay the film back down and repress for 3–5 seconds.

Recommended Second Press

• Cover the design with parchment paper, a thin silicone mat, or a clean cotton shirt
• Press for an additional 5 seconds at the same temperature

A second press improves softness, durability, and wash performance.

Wash and Care

• Wait 24 hours before washing
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water and a gentle cycle
• Hang dry or tumble dry on low
• Do not iron directly over the print
