    Shipment situation

    It’s takes 10days? Or more than that….this is long time to wait till get my samples. I see that the another company is doing it takes a few days. I’m just concerned about it ……

    Hi Eri, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the timeline of your order. Our production time on these items are 3-5 business days. This order was received after hours and shipped in the timeline allotted. It does seem that the shipment took longer than usual to get to you by the shipping company. Please understand that it was a 5 day shipping for ground to the order location. Once again, I am sorry that you are disappointed with your order.
